Playing the full-fledged Challenge – what’s involved
Three rounds
Deep-dive in navigating Chinese business situations and teambuilding. The game will get more complex on the go as you acquire relevant, key knowledge points in each round. By means of presentations and videos you will delve deeper into the Chinese soul of ‘doing business’. After each round, your team capabilities will be put to the test in quizzes, scans, business challenges and pitches.
Gamified elements
Correct steps and smart decision-making will be rewarded with currency (¥) with which building blocks can be bought for your own skyscraper! But you may need to tome in your ambitions too and be prepared to save some money as the game can has a few surprising turnabouts, just like in China-business……. Eventually, the team with the highest skyscraper is the winner! Discover your strengths and weaknesses in this upbeat game and find out whether the sky is the limit!
This training game can cater to people relatively new to Chinese business culture yet is equally suitable and relevant to professisonals who have worked in China for many years: students/trainees, start-ups and experienced entrepreneurs and managers who handle international teams. Content of our gaming-trainings can even be moderately finetuned to suit individual company’s specific requirements or market sector.
